2023

Scored band 8.0 on the IELTS Academic — placing in the top tier of English proficiency for academic and professional settings.
Completed Google's Foundations of UX Design certificate, building a foundation in user research, wireframing, and design thinking.
Relocated to Canada and enrolled in Honours Computer Science at the University of Guelph — beginning a minor in Political Science to contextualize the social dimensions of technology.
Named to the CEPS Dean's Honours List for Fall 2023 — first semester of university.

2024

Completed two Kaggle certifications: Intro to AI Ethics and Data Visualization — reinforcing an ongoing interest in responsible, human-centred AI development.
Collaborated on a multidisciplinary research project at STEM Fellowship tackling the Traveling Salesman Problem — implementing and benchmarking algorithms including simulated annealing, two-opt, and three-opt in Python. Improved codebase structure using OOP principles and contributed to data visualization tooling. Presented findings at STEM Fellowship's national Indicium competition, representing the University of Guelph.
Facilitated the Battle STEM event at U of Guelph — designed and ran educational workshops for high school students covering coding with AI, ethical AI fundamentals, and introductory HTML.
Joined the Technology Team at the Society of Computing and Information Science (SOCIS) — supporting student access to Makerspace equipment and the broader CS community at U of Guelph.

Appointed Undergraduate Teaching Assistant for Discrete Structures in Computing I (CIS*1910) under Professor Pascal Matsakis. Graded 1,000+ assignments and exams, invigilated examinations for 500+ students, and provided targeted feedback on boolean algebra, set theory, proof methods, and binary relations.
Dean's Honours List — Fall 2024. Third consecutive semester.
Accepted reappointment as Teaching Assistant for Discrete Structures in Computing II (CIS*2910) under Professor Joe Sawada — moving into upper-level material including advanced graph theory, complexity analysis, and formal proof techniques.

2025

Served as TA for CIS*2910 — evaluated student work in graduate-adjacent discrete mathematics, maintained assessment standards, and supported exam administration while providing detailed constructive feedback.
Joined Browns Shoes (Yorkdale) as a Sales Specialist — consistently ranked among the top 10 sales associates nationally for both footwear and shoe care products. Built a loyal client base through consultative selling and deep product knowledge across premium footwear brands.
